Returns & Refunds

At Spar King Hunt, we want you—and your pets—to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats), opened hygiene products, or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve your refund (or contact you if there’s an issue).

  • Refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If paid with a gift card, store credit will be issued instead.

Exchanges

Need a different size, flavor, or product? We're happy to help! Contact us within the return window and we’ll arrange a smooth exchange—either in-store or via mail.

Return Shipping

For online purchases:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
